Highlighted Terms & Conditions：

All free parking privileges are applicable to hello members only.
Each vehicle is entitled to enjoy a maximum 2 hours of free parking per day (hello Amber and Ruby members can enjoy a maximum 3 hours of free parking ; except the e-parking coupon).
Each set of eligible receipts (i.e. machine-printed sales receipts & the corresponding electronic payment slips) can only be used for redemption once.
All receipts must bear the shop name in Amoy Plaza, redemption date, time and payment amount.
All free parking privileges redemption for same-day of entry usage only and cannot be carry forward.
The carpark’s regular hourly rates shall apply to any parking periods not covered by the privilege.
Night Park Privilege cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other free parking hours or any other parking benefits / privileges (including but not limited to Parking e-Coupons). Such free parking privileges or any other parking benefits / privileges will not be refunded.
Terms & Conditions apply to all free parking privileges.
The above Terms & Conditions are subject to review and change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited reserves the absolute right to make the final decision.
In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
