Ramen House Hototogisu
Ramen House Hototogisu is a new cuisine concept created by the Michelin Starred Chef Mr. Atsushi Yamamoto. It’s one of the first ramen restaurants in Hong Kong that uses oyster as the main ingredient. The soup base of our signature dish “Shio Oyster Soup Ramen” is made with a large amount of oysters, carefully sorted based on taste. Also, we have other oyster based appetisers such as Marinated Oyster Sushi, Grilled Oyster Skewers, Oyster & Vegetable Tempura and Japanese Oyster Chazuke. Last, don’t miss our Classic Tonkotsu Original Ramen, Homemade Japanese Dumplings and Baby Brussels Sprouts Quinoa Salad too.
