Ms. Helen Chan, aka “Maa Zi", has been working in the Food & Drink industry for more than 30 years. In the past, Helen has owned and operated vegetables stall, mini supermarket, and different Asian cuisine restaurants. With her breadth of experience, Helen fully understands what flavour combination will be able to exceed Hong Kong people high expectations. Being the owner and head chef at "Mother's Kitchen", Helen has pioneered the concept of “Yum & Easy” by developing vacuum sealed homemade seasonal dishes. It is an ideal workaround for Hong Kong people who want to enjoy great quality homemade dishes at home but don’t have luxury of time to prepare the dishes themselves.
