1. Backpacker (the “Tenant”) Merchant e-Coupon (e-Coupon(s)) is valid at participating merchants of Grand Plaza located under Hang Lung’s Properties. Each member can redeem a maximum of 2 Merchant e-Coupons. 2. This e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and will not be reissued if expired. 3. No minimum spending is required for using this e-Coupon. Any unused balance will be forfeited. 4. This e-Coupon can be used in conjunction with other offers. 5. This e-Coupon cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash, other product(s) or discount(s) under any circumstances once it is used. 6. Maximum 2 pcs of “e-Coupon” can be used for each transaction. 7. Please present this e-Coupon before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made. 8. This e-Coupon can only be used once. 9. This e-Coupon cannot be reused in any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatever reasons. 10. Participating merchants bear sole responsibility for all obligations and liabilities related to the quality of goods or services provided in return. 11. Settlement by this e-Coupon is not eligible for point registration, any other redemptions, and/or parking privilege(s). 12. The corresponding points will be deducted instantly from the member's accounts after redemption of this e-Coupon. No cancellation or point refund is allowed. Redemption request will be rejected if the point balance is insufficient. 13. Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited and the “Tenant” reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions, and terminate this e-Coupon without prior notice. 14. In case of any dispute, Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited the “Tenant” reserve the rights of final decision and binding on all involved parties.
