The first shop is open at Amoy Plaza in Kowloon Bay. Besides the classic noodles menu, “Wing Wah AllDay” is collaborating with other historical Hong Kong brands to create innovational menus: Liu Ma Kee Fermented Tofu, Cheese and Chinese Sausage Carbonara, Yan Chim Kee Juicy Coco Crème Brûlée and Kung Wo Beancurd Factory Tofu Pudding.
