1.This e-Redemption Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is issued for the participation of the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can enjoy HK$20 off upon spending of HK$150. i.e., HK$20 off upon spending of HK$150, HK$40 off upon spending of HK$300, and so on. 3.The e-Coupon is not applicable to Nina Patisserie's e-shop. 4.The eligible Member must present the e-Coupon before payment, and no copy or retrospective arrangement is allowed. 5.Only e-Coupon(s) from the same member account can be used in a single transaction. 6.This same e-Coupon cannot be used for more than one (1) transaction and cannot be used for split payment transactions (i.e. transactions with multiple payment receipts for purchasing the same goods / services or the like). 7.This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers and coupons, except electronic cash coupons issued by Hang Lung. 8.The e-Coupon is valid until Sep 30, 2023 and will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused / unclaimed balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 9.Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 10.This e-Coupon can only be used once. 11.This e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the redemption is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reasons. 12.The photos and corresponding value provided (if any) are for reference only, and may vary from the actual goods and/or services redeemed. 13.Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be redeemed with this e-Coupon do not include any warranty; cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash 14.Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 15.Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this e-Coupon and/or withdraw or terminate this e-Coupon without prior notice. 16.In case of any dispute regarding this e-Coupon or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 17.In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
